It’s called Irtysh Petroleum PLC, http://www.irtyshpetroleum.com/They as at this date:
a. Have no signed comprehensive engineering report (fact)
b. Have no signed audited statements (fact)
c. Have no signed final title opinion saying they actually own anything
more substantive than the hot air they are peddling to investors (way fact)
Maybe they will get their act together, but I doubt it.
